The concept of virtual classrooms is becoming increasingly popular as it allows people to attend from anywhere in the world. As EPLAN continue to focus on digital service offerings to ensure customers can use our services as best fits their needs, we are now offering training courses in the South East Asia & Australia and New Zealand virtually!

How do we conduct the virtual training?

The virtual EPLAN training courses are delivered to a maximum of six participants per session by an expert EPLAN Technical consultant. This limit has been put in place to ensure we provide the same level of one-to-one dialogue we would do in a classroom environment. To give you the best experience, the virtual classroom EPLAN uses two software solutions:

What equipment do participants need?

  • Desktop / Laptop
  • Internet access
  • Admin rights or appropriate support for installation of Citrix Workspace App (Citrix Receiver)

To get the most out of your online EPLAN training course, we recommend the following;

  • Two screens – a laptop and monitor or desktop with two screens. We recommend having one screen to view trainer’s screen and Citrix with EPLAN application on the other screen. If this is not possible, we recommend to view the trainer’s screen on a tablet and Citrix with EPLAN application on your desktop / laptop.
  • A projector – if you are taking the training in a group together with your colleagues in a room (with limited screens), we recommend you to use projector to view trainer’s screen.
  • Headset with microphone – Since we will be using a Microsoft Team meeting environment, please ensure you have a wireless headset with a microphone for optimal audio quality if possible. Alternatively, participants can use the built-in microphone and speakers on their computer.
